Email Channel

The EMAIL Channel allows agents to send secure payment or payment method addition links to customers via email. Customers can then complete the required action on their devices by following the link.

Supported Modes

  • EMAIL_TO_ADD: Adding a payment method
  • EMAIL_TO_PAY: Making a payment

EMAIL TO ADD Flow

This flow allows an agent to send a link for adding a payment method to the customer's email address.


EMAIL TO PAY Flow

This flow allows an agent to send a payment link to the customer's email address for completing a transaction.
