What is Payment?

Agent assisted payments

Agent-assisted payments refer to transactions where a human agent, such as a customer service representative or cashier, helps facilitate the payment process on behalf of the customer. This type of payment method involves direct interaction with a live agent to complete the payment, as opposed to fully automated or self-service transactions.

IVR Payment

CCG provides a payment API with PCI scope that allows agents to securely process customer transactions via IVR.

  • When the customer is not found, a new customer will be created, a payment method will be generated and saved upon request, and the payment will be processed accordingly.
  • If the customer is located, a payment method will be generated and saved upon request, and the payment will be processed accordingly.
