Who is an Actor?
An Actor is any individual or entity that interacts with the payment gateway system. Actors are assigned specific roles and permissions that determine what actions they can perform within the platform.
Types of Actors
Users
Users are individuals or entities who make purchases or transactions online and use the payment gateway to process their payments and holds wallet with CCG
- Authenticated Users: Users who have wallet with convenient checkout system.
- Guest Users: Users who interact with the system without wallet.
Agents
Agents are users with elevated permissions, typically employees or representatives of a merchant or business, responsible for managing payments and transactions.
