Managing and Adding Payment Methods
CCG provides wallet management functionality, enabling users to find, edit, and remove payment methods using the Wallet Management API api with specified scope of merchant-wallet-management. This API allows seamless management of payment methods within the CCG platform.
Additionally, CCG provides Merchant PCI API with merchant-pci scope, allowing user to add payment methods securely through IVR
What is IVR?
IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is a technology that allows a computer to interact with humans through voice and DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) tones via a telephone keypad. In the context of payment processing, IVR systems enable secure collection of payment information over the phone without exposing sensitive card details to customer service representatives or call center agents.
